What is Reflexology?
Reflexology teaches that every part of the body, from head to toes, heart to gall bladder, is mapped out in miniature on the feet. By touching the correct access points on the feet, it is possible to affect the corresponding organ, gland or area of the body.

An Aromatherapy Massage combines the use of essential oils and therapeutic massage. We offer a standard aromatherapy massage which uses pre-blended oils chosen by the therapist to meet your needs. We also have a qualified aromatherapist who will select and blend pure essential oils to give you a uniquely personal prescriptive massage.
